What is a HooPay Exchanger?

An eCurrency Exchanger is an independent company that has the dutie to withdraw your HooPay money (dollars, pesos, yen or other currencies) into your Bank Account or credit card.
You cannot go directly to HooPay and withdraw you account’s money. This has to be done through an independent eCurrency Exchanger.
The exchangers have got withdrawal fees.
